Shipment 

 

Enjoy free delivery within France! For the rest of Europe, shipping is available at a flat rate of €7, with a signature required upon receipt. Customers in Paris also have the option to pick up their orders in person.

Standard delivery takes up to 7 days, with an additional 1–2 weeks of production time, as all our pieces are custom-made upon order.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@kleinod-atelier.com with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in new, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings) unless they are faulty.

Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
• Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
